2. From Account settings, go to the E-mail tab >> “New”.
3. Now from Add Account Setup, >> “Manual Setup”  >> Next.
4. Next window, choose the POP/IMAP option.
5. Enter all the details of your Gmail account >> Advanced Settings.
6. Enter all the details:
   • Gmail POP server address: pop.gmail.com
   • Gmail POP username: Gmail address (e.g. example@gmail.com)
   • Gmail POP password: Gmail password
   • Gmail POP port: 995
   • Gmail POP SSL required: yes
7. After finishing with settings >> Next let Outlook run some tests and download Gmail emails to Outlook.
