State Pollution Control Board or State Pollution Control Authority (SPCA) is an agency established by the Government of India through its Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) under section 3 of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (37 of 1974). - Two photographs of the proposer (CEO/MD/Proprietor) of the company
- A copy of the Approved Environmental Clearance (AEC) issued by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB)
- A copy of the Approved Industrial Consent (AIC) issued by SPCB where the production unit is located.
- For CTOs under construction, an affidavit duly signed by the CEO of the company, with supporting documents to indicate that the project is at an advanced stage of construction and likely to be completed soon.
The CTO/CTE must be renewed after five years from the date of issue or earlier if requested by the Department. In case of any changes or alterations in your plant, you must inform SPCB to update its records.
