2021 Genesis GV80  

2021 Genesis GV80  Offers A Serene Driving Experience. When Genesis first released the G80 sedan, Genesis received rave reviews. Genesis has continued to release new models with the G90 and now the upcoming 2021 Genesis GV80.

2021 Kia Telluride

The 2021 Kia Telluride is expected to get slight updates compared to the current model that debuted in 2017. The new version should feature slightly revised exterior styling, an updated infotainment system, and possibly some other changes.

It’s expected to go on sale by mid-2020. Pricing should remain about the same as the current Telluride starts at $38,000 (approximately £27,221 or AU$51,183).

Kia has discontinued its famous sliding doors to make room for best-in-class headroom in the second row, which should make it easy to get kids in and out of their seats. The current Telluride has three rows of seating for up to eight passengers. 

It has seven USB ports so rear-seat passengers can keep their mobile devices charged up.

The BMW X5 has always been BMW’s biggest sports activity vehicle, able to go almost anywhere while being comfortable in city life.

This changes with the all-new BMW X5 for 2021 that gains a 3 liter 6 cylinder turbocharged engine option. It makes 400 horsepower and can perform 0-60 mph in under 5 seconds. 

The new BMW X5 maintains its luxurious nature, even when compared to competitors like the Mercedes GLE due to BMW.

New BMW X5 Prices:

MSRP for the base BMW X5 starts at $73,000 USD. Four trims are available including Standard ($74,000), Premium ($79,000), BMW X5 M Sport ($87,000) and BMW X5 xDrive30d EfficientDynamics ($94,000).

The 2020 model was introduced in the spring of 2019 when all models got the horsepower. Also, torque increases with BMW promising a new BMW X5 with the BMW M Sport package for 2021. It will have BMW’s latest 3 liters 6 cylinders turbocharged engine.

2021 Hyundai Palisade

Hyundai has just introduced the Palisade, it’s a new seven-seat luxury crossover. It is derived from the Hyundai Santa Fe and will slot above it when it goes on sale in November. 

The 2020 Hyundai Palisade will arrive at Hyundai dealerships this fall starting at $37,495. It includes a destination charge for the base model with front-wheel drive (FWD) while all-wheel drive (AWD) variants start at $40,395. 

As part of Hyundai’s plan to expand into the SUV lineup, Hyundai redesigned their existing Santa Fe along with creating a bigger version called Hyundai Palisade. Hyundai had to stretch the Santa Fe platform by about four inches between the front and rear doors to accommodate for two extra rows of seats. 

The Hyundai Palisade has a new design inside and out with a unique grille upfront with the Hyundai logo. Also, it is followed by slim projector headlights with LED daytime running lights (DRL). Hyundai has added cargo space along with a power liftgate, a large opening that makes it easier to access the contents of the trunk. 

2021 Subaru Outback

Subaru has completely redesigned its top-selling vehicle for 2021. The New Subaru Outback body is stiffer and stronger than the last generation. But weighs less than before thanks to improvements in materials and construction techniques.

Subaru was able to cut weight mostly through thinner A and B pillars and fewer rivets. It has resulted in an additional 80lbs saved enough to boost fuel economy by around 10 percent.

Inside, Subaru’s signature horizontally-oriented dashboard returns, along with a touch-screen infotainment interface. It responds well to inputs from both touchscreens or physical controls on either side of the display housing. 

The steering wheel also has controls that can be pressed or pumped up and down to control audio volume. Also, the Subaru Eye View camera system, your phone, and even act as a drive mode selector.

For 2021 Subaru has also announced an Outback Hybrid model with a plug-in battery pack allowing for over 20 miles before running out of juice. And, the ability to recharge at home or work with a standard power outlet. 

Subaru says they’ve been working on making hybrids since 2004. But that this is their first “affordable” hybrid model one that isn’t aimed solely at retiring boomers looking for a sabbatical in Baja California.

2021 Lincoln Aviator

Revealed after making its official debut on March 15, 2019, the 2021 Lincoln Aviator is finally ready to go on sale in about two months. The luxury midsize SUV car is based on the Ford Explorer and slots between the bigger-and-badder Navigator and the smaller MKC.

The Aviator was previewed by a concept car last year at NAIAS 2018. Now that its production model has been shown to our eyes, which are more accustomed to seeing one part of this new model change drastically from prototype form to final form. 

For what it is, though, it does have an attractive exterior design with sculptural body lines for a more aerodynamic look while still maintaining a luxury family SUV car appearance. 

2021 Toyota Highlander

The Toyota Highlander enters its second generation for 2021 with few changes. Toyota recently redesigned the Highlander’s platform-mate, the Toyota 4Runner, for 2020. By 2021, Toyota plans to release a hybrid version of the Highlander. 

The company says that this vehicle will come out sometime in 2020 after production on all other models is complete.

Toyota introduced the current design of the Highlander for 2016 as an all-new model to replace its predecessor after only seven years of production. Notably missing are most standard equipment offered on the Toyota 4Runner SUV and Toyota Tundra pickup truck, including off-road capability. 

Redesigned Toyota 4Runner will become Toyota’s one mid-size SUV car for 2021.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe

The 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe feels like a massive upgrade over the old one, loaded with technology, style, luxury, and capability. The current Chevrolet Tahoe has been around since 2014 and it’s still going strong in 2019.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe is a midsize SUV car that is part of Chevrolet’s fifth-generation full-size SUV cars. It is completely new and has been redesigned from the ground up for 2021. Also, with the complete exterior and interior remodeling as well as powertrain updates. Chevrolet describes the Tahoe as “bigger and bolder.”

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe comes standard with a 5.3L V8 engine, but now also offers an optional 3.0L diesel engine borrowed from GMC. 

It features a 10-speed automatic transmission with a tow/haul mode and an auto start/stop function on standard models to help reduce fuel consumption at stoplights. 

The third row of seating is available for added passenger space, or you can get a two-seat model with the towing package. Chevrolet Tahoe weighs 5,200 pounds, which is 200 to 300 pounds lighter than other SUV cars of similar size.

The new Land Rover Defender also boasts an incredibly capable off-road suspension system which allows it to wade through water three feet deep without issue.

The Land Rover Defender hasn’t been on sale for over 20 years – but an all-new model is coming soon. The Land Rover Defender isn’t due to hit showrooms until 2021. Though a concept version has already been unveiled at both the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show and the 2018 Geneva Motor Show.
